HealthMood is a whole-woman wellness approach that integrates Fitness (movement), Nutrition (nourishment), and Soulcare (energy healing) to create lasting transformation. It's for women in their 30s and 40s who want more than surface-level results—they want to feel whole, joyful, and alive again.
I'm a wellness coach who walks this path myself. I majored in Exercise Science and built a career helping people transform their bodies. But I was also over-functioning, people-pleasing, trying to be everything to everyone—completely unaware of how that was wrecking my nervous system and hormones.
The real shift came when energy work found me. It taught me how to come home to myself, to heal from the inside out, to feel peace in my body instead of fighting it. That connection to God and the Universe became my glowing spark—and it's the driving factor for HealthMood.
That's because nothing else addresses all of you—mind, body, spirit, and energy together. When one element is missing, the transformation doesn't stick. Our whole-woman approach creates permanent shifts because we're working at the identity level, not just the behavior level.
I offer both group (Unity Community) and individual 1:1 coaching (Love & Light). I work both virtually and in-person, so distance is never a barrier.
Yes. But we don't hyper-focus on those outcomes. When you align mind, body, spirit, and energy, those physical results happen naturally as a byproduct of feeling whole. The Journey:
We start gently with movements you can easily handle. Small steps with what you already have. As you grow stronger in body and spirit, the practices evolve with you.
You'll receive ongoing direction, guidance, and accountability. Little celebrations all along the way. By the end of our 12 weeks together, you'll recognize how far you've come and realize you did this.
Your Final Session closes with a celebration—a dance party, co-led meditation and movement, and co-creating your next steps as the upgraded version of yourself.
